You know friend, I’m known for saying ‘to go fast, you need to go slow.’ This generally relates to making sure you get the difficult parts worked out before you get to the execution (which should go smooth if you did the requirements, basic design, maybe some prototyping.)
Never tried applying that to writing fiction. Let me know how it goes. From the pic you look like you are in the right mindset.
